• The disease can strike individuals as early as their 30s and 40s.
• An estimate 4.5 million Americans have Alzheimer’s Disease.
• One in 10 individuals over 65 years and nearly half over 85 years are affected by the disease.
• Currently there is NO CURE….

Why Tri2Remember?

At the young age of 61 my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. This was the beginning of the Alzheimer’s journey we have begun to take as a family. I have seen my father’s brain slowly betray him. There is no cure to this disease that robs people of their memories. One day I know my father will not recognize me, or my children. I have come to terms that this day will be a reality for our family. But it does not need to be the reality of future families…and Alzheimer’s isn’t just an old person’s disease (increasingly more people in their 30s , 40s, 50s are being diagnosed)…it could attack you at any moment…it could attack me,  a mom of three children, at any moment.

I could no longer sit back and do nothing… Tri2Remember Foundation was conceived and birthed into reality in 2008 to combat Alzheimer’s.
